This fall, our optician headed to the largest international optical show; SILMO Paris. Handmade eyewear from around the world was represented here as well as the top designer brands. Immediately upon arrival, it was clear what the trends of the season are.
Vibrant colors are everywhere as well as minimalistic clean metal styles. Along with expanding our current brands Theo, Anne et Valentin, Lindberg, Chrome Hearts, Barton Perreira, Thierry Lasry, and Matsuda, we added a new aspect of color to our collections.
Exclusive to the area, Kirk and Kirk come to us from England. Established in 1919, this multi-generational brand cuts no corners in creating eyewear that deserves to carry the Kirk name. Kirk & Kirk Kaleidoscope and Spectrum collections are hand-crafted in 8mm of luminous acrylic. One of the beauties of acrylic is that it weighs nothing so, despite the volume of the glasses, they are exceptionally comfortable to wear.
Varilux X design is still the stand-out digital progressive along with the new Autograph Intelligence from Shamir. Both lenses allow for crisp vision in every zone.
